You know the Pattens by now… ha!
They are dear friends and Erica pretty much lets me to whatever I want so I always love what we create working together. I use the word “working” lightly here too. Because this session in particular, was much more a “come hang out with us and play and eat cookies and oh take some pictures maybe?”. It was fantastic. I LOVE her little tribe of girls and the crazy love and lets face it, amazing style in their home. Their home is filled with joy, and laughing and tears and whining and fights and more laughing and more joy and it’s the kind of home and the kind of people that really fill you up, really make you want to live better, live with more fun and more joy and less worry. There was little to no directing here, and that’s really how I like it. I wanted it to be real. What is it really like in their home? It’s like this… really.
