Roslyn

Hello friends

So this is not the kind of thing you will often see on my blog, but I really loved the way this turned out and just wanted to share a different side of what I do.

I have done a lot of head shot sessions, but they are usually just that, head shots.  This one was a little different.  Roslyn brought 3 different looks and really kind of let me steer in a more non-conventional direction for head shots.  It became more of a lifestyle Roslyn session and I loved it.  She was so good to just let loose, have fun, and embrace being a gorgeous woman.  In doing these I began thinking,  since when do we have to have a reason to have beautiful pictures of ourselves?  To have something to look back on when we have those less than glamorous days and we can be reminded of how beautiful we are, inside and out.  I almost feel inspired enough to have this done myself.  Rosyln is a fellow photographer and so she understood well the importance of letting go of inhibitions to get the real you captured on camera, and she did just that and was nothing short of amazing.  And really fun. 🙂
